The Army Today

There are lot of things that I can see both sides of, or reason for, but one thing I can not is supporting our troops. Many people think that war is immoral, or wrong, or that the my was sent for an un-just reason. Those reasons that I have heard from other people is still no responsible reason to tell others that they should not join the army or to not “stand behind the troops”. As I said previously I can reason for other things. The other things in which I can reason for includes, being in college or not, whether classes should be required or not or even abortion. Not supporting our troops is an act that every person should have if they expect to be free in any way. A person should support their leader if they want to, or want to support their country and whether you think its not right or is you should still support it, you don’t have to join. In America the president always has to have a good reason to move the army to a specific region, and go to war there, so if they need a good reason it should be a good enough reason for you to simply support them.A reason one person has given me to not support the troops was because they wanted world peace, and they though war was wrong. Not all the people in the army supports war, though they are in it. Going into the army and not supporting the war is like not liking people fight but still fighting other people, its not always good but it usually helps especially for America. I am one on the seemingly few people that are against war but still want to be in the army and still support the troops. Supporting the troop is a vital thing to help keep the country intact and thriving. Someone differing from your opinion is all right, and just because someone differs from your opinion doesn’t give you the right to tell them they are completely incorrect and that they shoud give up. Its just like if you wanted to start a recycling club or wanted to be a singer and some one telling you not to because they don’t like music or think you wouldn’t be able to make a difference. Doing something like that is like telling someone not to joined the army. I would agree now and then on other topics but I don’t care what you could possibly say because there is no true, reasonable, way to say that the army for the United states is wrong.
